YOGA Utilizing ancient tools to address clients’ personalized goals, including physical ailments, emotional struggles, lifestyle habits, and more.

I am currently enrolled in an 850-hour IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) Yoga Therapy Certification program. Currently in the practicum stage of my program and seeing clients.

I am a Yoga Alliance 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. My training has focused on trauma-informed teaching, Yoga Therapy & Yoga for Social Justice.

GROUP and PRIVATE INSTRUCTION I have a schedule of public classes to choose from and I am available for private one-on-one and group teaching. MORE ON YOGA

Tibetan sound healing

SOUND FREQUENCY is the base and foundation of all creation, connection, being, and living.

Sound is the frequency and vibration that make up our entire existence. Everything physical has a resonance that also resonates with the sounds around us. Therefore, the sounds we listen to have an impact on our mind, soul, and body.
Sound helps create the pathway to this place of stillness the same as a mantra helps you to arrive at the still point of meditation.

It’s important to note that awareness plays a huge role in our own healing.
Some tools used are gongs, tuning forks, and Himalayan singing bowls.

ESD Empowered Self-Defense is a great way to find the power of your voice, boundaries, and overall strength. Hitting, yes, is an option – but you also learn other means of self-defense, including awareness, communication, physical boundary-setting, escaping & who/how to talk to about any inflicted trauma.

All classes are facilitated through a trauma-informed lens.

GROUP and PRIVATE INSTRUCTION I offer Empowered Self-Defense to groups and individuals aged 10 – 110 years old. This can be great for a corporate setting, children coming of age, adults who are seeking more empowerment, and more. MORE ON ESD
