Join me for an 8-week series designed to create balance within each Chakra through Yoga practice.
Beginning October 12, attend class at any of the studios I teach – each week we will focus on a different Chakra. Each class, though related to the series, is complete and independent in and of itself – so no problem if you miss a week.
Class consists of Yoga postures & movements (asana), breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation on the knowledge of the Chakra system, and a Savasana accompanied by sound bowls.
THE CHAKRA SYSTEM is a sister science to Yoga and dates back to the ancient Vedas. Chakras are major energy points within us that correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that immensely affect our emotional and physical well-being. When they become stagnant or overactive, we can become distressed or carry disease. This series will aid in finding balance of your Chakras, and, in return, bring balance to your life and wellbeing.
